ADHD Skills Group

The ADHD Skills Group is a structured online group designed for individuals navigating challenges related to attention, executive functioning, overwhelm, emotional intensity, burnout, and self-criticism.


This group focuses on building practical strategies that support sustainable functioning in everyday life, while also recognizing the emotional impact of constantly feeling behind, overstimulated, or exhausted from trying to keep up.

Topics may include:
 

  • Executive functioning and organization

  • Emotional regulation and overwhelm

  • ADHD burnout and nervous system stress

  • Routines, planning, and sustainability

  • Self-compassion and motivation

  • Reducing shame and self-criticism
     

Groups combine:

  • Practical skill-building

  • Guided reflection

  • Psychoeducation

  • Supportive discussion

  • Real-life application

Participation is flexible. Individuals may participate by speaking, using the chat function, observing off camera, or engaging at their own comfort level.
