Self-Compassion Skills Group

The Compassion Skills Group is a structured online group focused on developing self-compassion, emotional awareness, and practical ways of responding to stress, self-criticism, and difficult emotions.

This group draws from compassion-focused and mindfulness-based approaches while emphasizing practical tools that can support individuals in everyday life.

Topics may include:

  • Self-compassion practices

  • Emotional resilience

  • Responding to self-criticism

  • Nervous system awareness

  • Grounding and emotional regulation

  • compassionate coping strategies

The goal of this group is not perfection or constant positivity, but developing more supportive and sustainable ways of relating to ourselves during difficult moments.

Participation is flexible. Individuals may participate by speaking, using the chat function, observing off camera, or engaging at their own comfort level.
