The DBT Skills Group is a structured online group focused on helping individuals build practical coping tools for managing emotional intensity, stress, relationship challenges, and overwhelming situations.

Drawing from Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), this group emphasizes learning concrete skills that can be applied in everyday life.

Topics may include:

  • Emotional regulation

  • Distress tolerance

  • Mindfulness and grounding

  • Interpersonal effectiveness

  • Communication and boundaries

  • Coping with emotional overwhelm

This group is designed to support individuals seeking practical structure, emotional regulation tools, and opportunities to strengthen coping strategies in a supportive environment.

Participation is flexible. Individuals may participate by speaking, using the chat function, observing off camera, or engaging at their own comfort level.
