The Anxiety & Depression Group is a structured online group focused on practical coping skills, emotional awareness, and self-compassion-based approaches for navigating anxiety, burnout, overwhelm, and low mood.

Many individuals experience cycles of overthinking, emotional exhaustion, self-criticism, or feeling disconnected from themselves and others. This group aims to provide supportive structure and practical tools that can help individuals respond to these experiences with greater awareness and compassion.

Topics may include:

  • Coping with stress and overwhelm

  • Emotional regulation strategies

  • Self-compassion and self-criticism

  • Burnout and nervous system support

  • Managing anxious thoughts and emotional shutdown

  • Building sustainable coping practices

Groups combine:

  • Practical skill-building

  • Guided reflection

  • Psychoeducation

  • Supportive discussion

  • Real-life application

Participation is flexible. Individuals may participate by speaking, using the chat function, observing off camera, or engaging at their own comfort level.
